to get fully registered with us so we can begin to send you property updates and alerts, before they

viewings if you are unable to make the appointment time, not many agents offer this service.
When registering with us, it is vital you provide us with as much information as possible in terms of
your position, ideal move in date and budget. In order to pass referencing you must meet at least one
of the following:
- Have an income of 30x your total rent budget
- Have a guarantor to cover and accept responsibility for the rent each month
- Have enough funds to be able to pay either 6 or 12 months rent upfront.
Once you have made an offer and it has been agreed, you will need to provide a holding deposit whilst
we run the checks. We will also require proof of ID and address for
each applicant, alongside other pieces of information, this side is handled by our professional management
and referencing team who will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
On move in day, we will meet you at the home with the keys, or you can collect at our office and you
can enjoy your new home!
