Once you instruct us to formally market your home, we will:

• Begin marketing across Zoopla, On The Market and Prime Location. As well as market on all social media platforms which include Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn if suitable.
• We will erect a To Let board which is crucial in terms of driving traffic to the home.
• Email the advert out to our large database of tenants from all areas, with our personalised professional property brochure.
• We are very proud to be the FIA’s (Federation of Independent Agents) exclusive, invited and chosen agent for the area. Being part of a large, exclusive and professional network means we can pull potential, quality tenants in from all areas of the country who would want to rent your home.
• We conduct every single viewing, all we would ask is you leave us a set of keys and we will update you on every viewing slot we have via our portal system and also telephone/email. Feedback will also be provided immediately and live via the portal.
• Thorough checks will be carried out, by our dedicated referencing team, on the tenant to check any potential bad credit they have, whether they can afford the rent and also obtain references from past landlords so we can begin to build a picture and ensure they’re the right tenant for you.
